Renter’s insurance is required and must be submitted before move-in. Most policies are quick and affordable, so check this one off your list early!

Apartment living means sharing more than just walls—it means sharing a community! 💚 Here are a few simple ways to be the neighbor everyone loves:

🔇 Keep the noise down — Remember that sound travels! Be mindful of music, TV, conversations, and late-night activity.

🚗 Be considerate with parking — Park only in designated spaces and make sure you’re not blocking driveways, walkways, or other residents.

👋 Be mindful of guests — You’re welcome to have friends and family visit, but remember that you’re responsible for making sure your guests follow community rules.

🧹 Take care of shared spaces — Whether it’s the pool, laundry area, parking lot, or walkways, clean up after yourself and leave it ready for the next person.

🏡 Moving out of The Arbors? Here are a few quick reminders!

Before you hand over those keys, don’t forget these four things:

📶 Leave the WiFi modem plugged in — please leave it right where it is!

🗑️ Leave your iBin & compost pail — these stay with the apartment for the next resident.

⚡ Cancel or transfer your PG&E account — make sure your service is taken care of for your move-out date.

📬 Update your mailing address — log on to USPS and submit your change of address so your mail follows you to your new home!
