Managing Attorney Jason M. Sneed spoke with Nick Ochsner WBTV of WBTV News Charlotte about federal court procedure and the significance of rulings issued against government entities in two lawsuits involving the City of Charlotte and Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools for their repeated refusal to produce discovery (and, in one case, destruction of evidence).

The City of Charlotte and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools have each faced sanctions in federal court in recent months over their failure to produce documents and other evidence in ongoing civil lawsuits. In one instance, a judge ruled that the city destroyed evidence.
