While U.S. existing home sales softened, the Charlotte region continues showing encouraging activity. New listings are up 7.3%, pending sales jumped 14.9%, and inventory increased 10.8%, giving buyers more options. Median home prices also moved up slightly to $399K.

Each moment of real estate has its ups and downs, twist and turns, rewards and defeats but my goal is to make it through as calmly as possible so my client experience a joy in the largest purchase they make for themselves and/or for their families. People work so hard towards financial goals and a place to create memories that take them beyond this life. I take that to completely to heart! Today this arrived and the joy of why I love what I do overwhelmed me. It truly meant a so much to receive from a grateful family! Thank you! It isn't about the the sale it is about the place you leave your clients/relationship and this means more to agents than you can imagine. My goal is to serve 100+ percent. We just don't open a door to show. We create an experience and help connect others to community. Joy! This was pure joy and it arrived today right after meeting with other clients who are ready to have me represent them again on another destination location. My heart is overflowing.
