GATE CHANGES:

Effective Saturday, Nov. 1, the Rock Island Gate will be closed on weekends and all Federal Holidays. It will remain open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Moline Gate: Open 24/7.
Davenport Gate: Closed.
Rock Island Gate: M-F 0530-2100.
Visitor's Center at Moline Gate: Open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Additionally, Rock Island Gate will be closed November 10-11 for Veteran's Day and November 27-28 for Thanksgiving.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we adapt to these changes while prioritizing the security of our installation.

I got a call from a new buyer couple, referred to me by the seller of a house my clients purchased (love when good word of mouth comes full circle 🙌). After a quick discovery call, we got them connected with a local lender who not only gave them a better rate but also secured the $5,000 Iowa Military Grant, something their online lender hadn’t mentioned.

They had their hearts set on a home, but once we walked it, it just wasn’t the right fit. Instead of letting excitement lead to regret, I reminded them: “I don’t want sad clients. I want you to LOVE your home.” ❤️

So, we regrouped, explored options, and they fell in love with a newer construction home. The sellers wanted more than it was worth, but that’s where my passion comes in: negotiating.
