Little and Clark Law Firm, PLLC want to say a big “thank you” to La Cosa Nostra and Lahannah Bonagofski for providing a lovely setting and delicious food so we could host a “Law Ladies” lunch to celebrate our fellow female colleagues and raise over $500 for Haven Care Center in Danville as it continues its mission of assisting expectant & new mothers in need. Thank you also to Rae’s Bouquets for the beautiful floral arrangements that four lucky ladies won to take back to their workspace to enjoy!

A new experience with a “curbside” closing - but we did it....happy buyers + happy sellers = success!

Well, this was my first closing in this Coronavirus era that we are living in! I was lucky enough to work with the buyer and seller of this amazing downtown Danville property and I can’t thank them enough for their cooperation and ability to roll with the punches! I would also like to give a huge shout out to Clark Law Firm, PLLC for conducting this closing “curbside” in this new normal that we are all facing. Thanks to everyone that helped with this in big and small ways!
