We hear some version of this all the time.
Usually after someone has spent months trying to settle an estate, find paperwork, deal with court, clean out a home, manage family stress, or make impossible decisions without clear instructions.
Most people don’t create an estate plan because they’re worried about money.
They do it because they remember how hard things were when someone they loved passed away or became ill and they want to make things easier for their own family someday.
That’s one of the most loving things a person can do.
