As the year comes to a close, weβre doing something a little different - on purpose.
Thursday, December 18, 2025 will be our last business day of the year, as our team heads into our annual retreat on Friday and then a planned year-end closure.
We close for the final weeks of the year because we believe great work requires rest, reflection, and intention. Itβs a way to reward a team that gives their best all year long, to create space to recharge, and to make sure we return ready to serve our clients with clarity and energy in the new year.
Clients with urgent matters will still be able to reach us during this time, and weβll be back in full on January 5, 2026.
It may not be traditional in our profession, and thatβs exactly the point. Taking care of our team is how we take great care of our clients.
Weβre grateful for the trust placed in us this year and look forward to everything ahead.
