⭐🏡My last shoutout goes to my second clients ever, who took on and successfully pulled off the buy-and-sell feat here in 2025. Coordinating a same-day sale and purchase is never easy, and to make things even more interesting, the home we were buying also needed to do the same. That added an extra layer of complexity to an already challenging process.

They originally reached out to me over the summer just to explore their options. We met a few times, walked through what the process would realistically look like, and put a game plan together so they’d be ready when the time came to sell. Preparation made all the difference.

We were fortunate to find a flexible buyer who was willing to take the ride with us. After multiple moving closing dates and what felt like an almost catastrophic ending, everything ultimately came together. All parties closed successfully and were relieved and grateful to be settled into their homes just in time for the holidays.

I’m incredibly proud of my clients for pushing through, staying patient, and trusting me every step of the way, especially when things didn’t always look so bright. Moments like these are a reminder that perseverance and the right team truly matter.

⭐🏡My next shoutout goes to two of my close friends. I had the honor of standing by them at their wedding this past year, which made being part of this milestone even more meaningful. Getting to support them both personally and professionally has been incredibly special.

Shortly after the wedding, I was fortunate enough to help them find their very first home. The market was fast-paced and competitive, but we stayed patient and focused and it paid off. They were able to secure a true gem with unlimited potential in a great area.

🏡⭐As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to shout out a few amazing clients for reaching some major real estate milestones.

This sale was truly a full-circle moment for me. My very first clients selling their first home and upgrading to a bigger one. Getting to see that kind of growth through real estate never gets old. Turning a first home into an opportunity for capital appreciation and the next chapter is what it’s all about.

This transaction definitely wasn’t for the faint of heart. We had four accepted offers fall through, all through no fault of my clients. At times it felt like nothing was going to stick, but, they stayed patient, trusted the process, and kept pushing forward.

In the end, we found the right buyer and made it to the finish line. I couldn’t be more grateful for their perseverance and trust. Moments like these are exactly why I love what I do.
