85 Northern Pine Loop in Aliso Viejo: Gorgeous with incredible staging assisted gaining multiple offers within 2 weeks at its $859k price. The first weekend of open house had 75 visitors though and no day slowed down after that. Looking forward to our 21 day estimated close.
