Prep now. As more homes come to market, this can truly become your competitive edge:

Add that fresh coat of paint
Take care of the squeaky doors
Address the maintenance issues

Everyone’s situation is completely different — which is exactly why a one-sentence answer never tells you what you actually need to know.

Two people can ask the same “How’s the market?” question and get totally different advice… because their timelines, goals, and life plans aren’t the same.
