Congratulations to our client who finally obtained her legal permanent residency without an interview! 🙌🎉👏🎊

She first came to our office after being placed in removal proceedings. We successfully filed a joint motion to terminate proceedings with the immigration court, which allowed us to file her adjustment of status with USCIS immediately thereafter. Less than fifteen months later, she is now a legal permanent resident and can apply for her US citizenship in three years.
