As I close out the year, I’m excited to share an important milestone that positions Moayyad Law, PLLC for continued growth in 2026.

I have officially been licensed to practice law in Arizona. This allows me to immediately begin serving clients in the state.

For clients and partners, the impact is simple: Moayyad Law can now serve businesses and individuals in both Texas and Arizona.

Moayyad Law, PLLC is a boutique transactional law firm built to support modern businesses with practical, business-minded legal solutions.

"I'm not here to get everything, I am here to give everything."

This powerful quote from Jürgen Klopp on "The Diary Of A CEO" podcast resonated with me.

It’s a simple sentence that perfectly encapsulates a profound leadership philosophy.

As the founder of Moayyad Law and an entrepreneur myself, this principle is the bedrock of my practice.

In the legal and business worlds, it's easy to focus on the "get" like the closed deal, the signed contract, the win. But enduring success, and more importantly, trust, is built on the "give."

At my firm, our philosophy is:
"Methods are Many, Principles Are Few. Methods Always Change, but Principles never Do."

Klopp's mindset is one of those unchanging principles.

For me, "giving everything" means:
- Investing in my clients' vision, not just reviewing their documents.
- Serving as a true partner in their business, whether as fractional general counsel or advising on a complex transaction.
- Blending my knowledge of law and business to provide strategies that are not just technically correct, but commercially effective.
- Building a practice "Built In Trust," which only comes from a consistent commitment to giving my best.

This "give everything" approach shapes how I lead my firm and serve my clients. A great lesson in leadership from one of football's greatest managers.

For our final post in this series on the leadership lessons of Jürgen Klopp. His message here about perspective and respect is perhaps the most fitting today.

In this clip, he simply asks:

"If somebody shows me five million times respect and one time not, what is that more important?"

In the face of constant public scrutiny and quick judgments, Jürgen Klopp’s message about perspective and respect is a powerful one.
