Zeke Fortenberry attended the inaugural Perrin Conferences on Emerging Fronts in S*x Trafficking Litigation, joining attorneys from across the country focused on advancing justice for survivors.

Representing victims of s*x trafficking requires specialized experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges survivors face. Our firm is one of only a handful of law firms in the country that specialize in representing victims of s*x trafficking in civil lawsuits.

As the school year comes to a close, Zeke Fortenberry and Natalie Smeltzer Fortenberry were honored to spend part of the semester speaking with Professor Sally Pretorius Hodge’s class at SMU Dedman School of Law about building a practice focused on helping victims and advocating for meaningful results.

As a proud SMU Law alum, Natalie always enjoys the opportunity to give back to her alma mater and connect with the next generation of attorneys.

Zeke Fortenberry and his team are proud to represent one of the victims of Turning Point Community Church's youth pastor. Based on his past, the church never should have hired him. After years of s*xual abuse our client had the courage to come forward and report his crimes to the Lubbock Police Department.

Former Lubbock youth pastor Luke Cunningham pleaded guilty Monday morning to two counts of s*xual assault child bigamy.
