The Fortenberry Firm has filed a civil lawsuit against North Texas Collegiate Academy and its principal, alleging they failed to report the child's disclosure to authorities as required by Texas law.

CBS News Texas obtained emails showing that a parent reported alleged inappropriate touching by former Plano ISD teacher Paul Campbell in May 2025, months before the alleged abuse involving one of the children represented by the Fortenberry Firm.
