Caldwell Cassady & Curry is pleased to announce the firm’s recent trial victory for Constellation Designs against consumer electronics giant LG Electronics. The $1.68 million verdict followed the jury's finding that LG Electronics willfully infringed four Constellation Design patents to produce its popular OLED televisions and other products. The verdict amounts to $6.75 for every unit sold that contains the valuable technology.
