Most of us know qualified, talented women who stepped back from, or out of, their legal careers—often to prioritize family. Years later, these women may want or need to return to the job market, but they don’t know where or how to begin. This is the purpose and passion behind Relaunch!

Relaunch kicked off its inaugural program on 2.22.22 with an incredible lineup! A panel of inspiring women shared their stories about leaving or stepping away from a legal career for important reasons, and how they not only returned but smashed it--some 20 years later! Our heartfelt thanks to Jennifer Aufricht, Janice Henderson, Betty Ungerman, Susan Cooper and Chris Ladd for their generosity and authenticity in sharing their personal stories. Next we learned the importance of redefining our "Why," with author and executive coach Judy Hoberman. She and Heather Armstrong of Career Design provided our Relaunchers with in-depth, concrete steps for exploring their ideal 2.0 within the framework of their strengths, which were identified with testing tools before the program. The day ended with a presentation by family law attorney Alexandra Geczi and Alysa Schildcrout (Amicus Search) on Networking, with a focus on how to create a "one-liner" that captures your audience so they want to learn more.

Next, Relaunchers will work with their dedicated career coaches and mentoring pods to execute on these and other important activities as they go from exploration to preparation for their next career move!

Women helping women succeed. It doesn't get better than this. THANK YOU to all who contributed to this great program! Can't wait until next time!!!
