Jeff Drayer - Realtor Jeff Drayer is a full-time realtor with Compass and a seasoned investor in rental properties, managing 6 rental homes, while specializing in all areas of DFW.

Jeff's real estate career started out as an investor, buying middle income residential homes in 2006, acquiring 1-2 homes per year and remodeling them, with the goal of holding them long term and creating a steady passive rental income. Jeff took full advantage during the economic downtown of 2008-2012 to add several foreclosure properties to his portfolio, in great neighborhoods across Dallas & Collin Counties. His motto, “Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful”, has proved to be wise investment advice. He now maintains and manages 8 rental properties, has 1 owner-financed property and also invests passively in commercial real estate ventures. Jeff has also gone on to get his real estate sales license to help everyone, with their real estate buying, selling and leasing needs. His patience and detailed nature, along with his knowledge of home remodeling & maintenance, is an asset to his clients.
