Welcome to Denney Law Group’s 5th Weekly Client Spotlight of 2025!

Back in 2008 when this firm was but a wee thing, we met - just a guy who loved 🐶 and talking about really, really good 🍕. He acquired a mobile pizza oven, and started hanging out in parking lots and fundraisers trying to sell pies to anyone who was hungry. But something amazing happened - the pizza was damn good! was born, and with it, PILF Restaurant Group!!

Since then, the OG has spawned multiple locations (including this week’s OPENING in Sachse, TX), as well as brother and sister brands , , , burgers, and !!

PRO TIP: Try adding Sweetie Drop Peppers to your favorite order - they make mouths happy!!

Welcome to Denney Law Group’s 4th weekly Client Spotlight of 2025!

DLG has worked with Immanivong since she opened Chino Chinatown years ago in Dallas’ Trinity Groves development. Fast forward to her launch of , first in the food hall at Legacy West, then on to 2 brick & mortar locations (the first opened in Dec. 2019, just 4 months before you-know-what hit!).

Uno’s live cooking videos on IG/FB during COVID (which featured more and more 🥂🥃🍸as the lockdown wore on!) were a huge hit, and gave us a great laugh when we really needed one.

Red Stix is famous for it’s Damn Damn Noodles. (so hot you say it when you eat them, and you say it again the next morning!) Red Stix is a favorite because it doesn’t take itself too seriously - simple but delicious yakitori, perfect ramen, and lots of other little menu surprises.

ALSO, don’t skip the “Adult Juice Pouches.” They are perfect for the fire pit, poolside, or an Arboretum concert!

PRO TIP: Try the Duck 🦆 Fat Fried Rice and Drunken Noods 🍜

For our Client Spotlight #3 of 2025, we’re headed to Fort Worth to visit Adam Jones () and his stable of excellent restaurants!

Adam is, quite possibly, the person who does “hospitality” best in all of the D/FW metroplex. From the welcoming smile he shares with each guest to the thoughtful design of his restaurants (seating to layout to finishes to art, etc.), it seems that Adam is always thinking about how to take the guest experience to new heights. Adam and chef partnered up years ago, and Blaine has made these restaurant kitchens magical.

has consistently been one of the top fine dining destinations in North Texas, featuring food that is as beautiful as it is delicious, served by an incredibly knowledgeable staff.

is a more casual destination, perfect for a working lunch or playing hooky on a weekday.

is Adam and Blaine’s newest restaurant, perfect for a special occasion where you want to make a memory. Located on 7th Street with a view of Burnett Park, you’ll want to linger over that last glass.

Welcome to Denney Law Group’s 2nd Client Spotlight of 2025!

Goodfriend Beer Garden and Burger House () opened on Peavy Rd in East Dallas back in 2011. Matt Tobin and Josh Yingling were already well-known in Dallas F&B, but they gave the neighborhood just what it didn’t know it needed when they launched this place with a focus on great burgers, beers, and whiskeys.

In 2016 they grabbed some space right across the street for , which has become a staple for oozey, delicious breakfast offerings and More-Than-a-Mouthful sandwiches worth a drive across town.

PRO TIP: ask for Car Bacon - 3 strips of crispy, thick-cut 🥓 wrapped in a paper towel and foil, guaranteed to resurrect your boring morning commute!

(Matt and Josh also own in Garland, which opened in 2024!)

What a list! Congratulations to all these great spots. We are so lucky to live in a city with good eats. We represent a dozen of these amazing spots, which makes the list even sweeter. Now I'm hungry again...
