Please hire a professional to do your will.

Consulted with a potential new client (PNC) who is trying to probate a will that didn’t mention the house or who gets the residue of the estate.

Sis said auntie promised her the house to keep it in the family, but auntie’s will makes no mention of that.

Now, the house will likely go through statutory intestacy to auntie’s kids. Now, either all the kids either have to want the property or all have to agree give her the property.

Long story short, this process will now be extremely time consuming and unnecessarily more expensive to the point the PNC has to ask if it is worth it.
