This is DISGUSTING! The officer that did this is a U.S. Marshall. How do any of these officers still have a job? Federal law enforcement officers break the law all the time. They are rarely caught, so they continue to violate people. I guarantee this is not the first time this officer has done this, or the other officers have seen this done. I know this because of how calm and non-chalant the other officers were. They didn’t care that their co-worker had just committed a crime. They did nothing to stop him. Anytime you encounter law enforcement, START RECORDING. It could save your life or someone else’s.

Wanna know what else I got for my birthday? 🤔🤔🤔 A dismissal!!! I represented this great man, on a federal case and a state case. My client is eligible for home confinement pursuant to the CARES Act, but we didn’t submit his application because he had a detainer. In 2021 Dallas County indicted my client for something that allegedly happened in 2018. I represented the client on a federal case so I knew the charges wouldn’t stick. The state was procrastinating about dismissing the charges so I had to apply a little pressure. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 The state dismissed, and I have another satisfied customer. #4692880888
