🚨 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON-U.S. CITIZENS ✈️🚨

If you are not a U.S. citizen, please be informed before traveling by plane within the United States.

When you purchase a domestic airline ticket, certain passenger information may be accessible to federal agencies for security and enforcement purposes. In some cases, individuals with unresolved or denied immigration matters have been questioned or detained at airports after being flagged in government databases.

Traveling for work, school, or family reasons does not guarantee protection from immigration enforcement.

⚠️ Domestic air travel may carry risks for people who are out of status, have prior overstays, pending or denied cases, or other immigration concerns.

👉 Before booking or traveling, speak with an experienced immigration attorney to understand your risks and your rights.

📢 Stay informed. Protect yourself this holiday season.

Today in Immigration news, applicants cannot catch a break...!

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has reduced the maximum validity period for certain Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) from five years to 18 months, effective December 5, 2025. This change requires more frequent renewals (more USCIS application fees) and is intended to enhance security through regular background checks.
