Additional gun related safety is important for everyone. How do we achieve it? What works? What is legal? There are already limits that have been ruled to be legal. For example, no fully automatic weapons or bump stocks. We are constitutional lawyers, through practicing criminal law and swearing to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. There are now proposed laws called "red flag" laws or alerts. Supposedly, if a potential gun purchaser's name causes a red flag, they may not make the purchase in most circumstances. Will there be a review or "Due Process Hearing" at any time? Is the proposed purchaser a danger to themselves or another? Will the person even know what the red flag was?
