According to KTRK, two young ladies were killed in a crash with a suspected drunk driver. Michael Strother was arrested for intoxication manslaughter in connection with the crash. Driver Genesta Humphrey and passenger, Jillian Coatney, were killed in the crash. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission is reportedly investigating whether a local bar overserved alcohol to Strother. If so, the bar could face civil liability for the young ladies' deaths. Drunk driving is always preventable and should not be tolerated.
