Qualified candidates should have 3 – 5 years of civil litigation experience, strong written and oral communication skills, and superior analytical skills. We are very excited to announce Mark Siegmund has joined SWCC!

Mark attended Texas A&M University on a full Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps scholarship, where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Mark served in the United States Marine Corps for five years, including two overseas deployments. After being honorably discharged from the Marine Corps, Mark attended Baylor Law School, where he graduated first in his law school class. After law school, Mark served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan J. Albright in the Waco Division of the Western District of Texas. Today, Mark maintains a very active patent litigation docket and his patent litigation practice continues to grow by the day. Join us in welcoming Mark to the SWCC team!
