**Stop Building a Business That Needs You for Everything.**

There comes a point where being “the one who does it all” stops being impressive and starts becoming expensive.

If your business can’t take a breath without you answering the phone, touching every return, solving every problem, and making every decision, then you’re not operating from a CEO seat—you’re operating from survival mode.

And that’s not the vision.

A luxury business is built differently.

**Clear systems.
Capable people.
Strong leadership.
Defined processes.
Room to scale.**

Your job as the owner isn’t to prove how much you can handle.

Your job is to build something **valuable enough to operate without your constant involvement.**

Because the real flex isn’t saying, “I do everything.”

The real flex is saying, **“I built a team that can.”** 🥂

That’s the difference between owning a tax business and building a **tax organization.**

**Tier 2 is $47 through September 7.**

DM **“SECOND JOB”** if you’re ready to build like the CEO you said you wanted to become. 👑

If you’re constantly asking where your money is, that’s a problem worth paying attention to.

I’m not saying every payment delay means something is wrong.

But if you’re repeatedly confused about your backend pay…

If the payout structure isn’t clear…

If you’re constantly having to follow up…

If you’re still on a split even though you’ve been doing this long enough to want more ownership…

You shouldn’t just accept that as “how the tax business works.”

Ask questions.

Get clarity.

Understand your numbers.

Understand the agreement.

Understand exactly what you’re responsible for and what you’re receiving in return.

Because being experienced doesn’t just mean knowing how to prepare a return.

It also means becoming knowledgeable enough to make informed decisions about your business.

And that’s something I’m passionate about helping tax professionals develop.

If you’re tired of being dependent on a structure you don’t fully understand, message me CLARITY.

Let’s talk about the business side.

08/27/2026

Imagine being good enough to handle the tax work…

but still not having the level of control over your business that you want.

That’s where a lot of experienced tax professionals find themselves.

They know how to prepare.

They have clients.

They’ve survived multiple tax seasons.

But they’re still operating under a split.

Still waiting on backend pay.

Still dependent on another structure.

Still trying to understand where the money goes.

Still wondering what it would look like to actually build something of their own.

And that’s a frustrating place to be.

Because experience should create options.

It should create confidence.

It should create a clearer path toward ownership.

Not leave you feeling like you’re permanently stuck underneath someone else’s business model.

If you’re ready to understand the business side and start thinking beyond just preparing returns, I’m open to having that conversation.

No pressure.

No “just trust me.”

Let’s talk about your current situation, what you want to build, and whether there’s a better path for you.

Message me OPTIONS.

You shouldn’t have to work harder just to keep giving away a larger piece of what you built.

At some point, experienced tax professionals have to stop asking:

“How many returns can I do?”

And start asking:

“What am I actually building?”

Because if every year you’re still operating on somebody else’s split…

If you’re still dependent on someone else to determine when money reaches you…

If you’re still unclear about the backend…

If you’re still waiting for someone else to explain the numbers…

Then you may have reached the point where you need to learn the business side—not just become better at preparing returns.

This isn’t about jumping into something blindly.

It’s about understanding your options.

Understanding the structure.

Understanding the responsibilities.

Understanding the money.

And understanding what it would take to move toward greater ownership.

You worked too hard to stay confused about your own business.

If you’re an experienced tax professional who’s ready to explore what moving beyond a split could look like, message me MOVE.

08/27/2026

Let’s talk about the part nobody wants to talk about…

Getting paid AFTER you’ve already done the work.

You’ve prepared the returns.

You’ve served the clients.

You’ve handled the tax-season pressure.

Now you’re waiting on backend pay.

And instead of focusing on growing your business, you’re checking messages, asking questions, following up, and trying to figure out when you’re actually getting paid.

That’s exhausting.

And the worst part?

You may not even have complete clarity on the numbers.

What was generated?

What are you receiving?

What is being split?

What is the timeline?

Who is responsible for what?

These aren’t unreasonable questions.

They’re business questions.

And experienced tax professionals should be comfortable asking them.

If your current setup has you constantly wondering about your backend money or why you’re still operating on a split, don’t ignore that feeling.

It may be time to evaluate the structure you’re in and determine whether it’s still aligned with where you want your business to go.

If you want to have a private conversation about building toward greater ownership, message me BACKEND.

🔥 NYC DID NOT COME TO PLAY! 🗽✨

Networking. Learning. Growing. EXPANDING our vision.

NYC didn’t owe us nothing but some tired legs and feet because BABY, WE WALKED! 😂😭 But every step was worth it!

Our team had the opportunity to meet, connect, and learn from people with different backgrounds, cultures, experiences, and perspectives—and that alone was POWERFUL. 🤝🏽🌎

We didn’t go to NYC just to take pictures. 📸

We went to LEARN. CONNECT. BUILD. EXPAND.

Every conversation gave us a new perspective. Every connection expanded our network. Every experience added to our knowledge and reminded us of the importance of getting in the room, being open to learning, and building meaningful relationships.

We left NYC with more than memories.

We left with KNOWLEDGE, CONNECTIONS, CONFIDENCE, NEW PERSPECTIVES, and a BIGGER VISION. 📚💼✨

Most importantly, we brought those lessons, connections, and experiences back with us to strengthen our team and continue building toward something bigger.

The goal was bigger than one person.
The vision was bigger than one trip.
And this was only the beginning. 🚀🔥
