The CDC took a serious step to protect tenants, lessees, and residents of residential housing in a nationwide moratorium on evictions which immediately went into effect yesterday, Sept. 1, 2020. Kyle Kertz goes into the details in this blog and provides some guidance on what it says and what landlords and tenants should be prepared to do about it.

The CDC recently issued a temporary, nationwide ban on evictions lasting until the end of 2020.
