Buy summer cooking books and coffee table books to use as decor (and use). Some of my favorites can be found on Amazon and they're inexpensive! 📚🍴

Frame photos from past summer vacations of family, friends, food, and views. Buy cheap frames from Ikea or Amazon! 📸🖼️

You'll love to look at them and bring back memories of a summer day 🌞

Curate your own farm-to-table garden: I'd buy plants and herbs that are already grown so you don't have to wait! I love getting mint, basil, lemon, and tomatoes! 🌱🍅🍋
These are great for garnishes in both food and cocktails! 🍹🍽️

But the homes are a little over your budget? 💸

Try to look beyond the pretty renovated homes and look at the ones with potential instead 🔍

When I tell my clients to buy the "worst house" on the block, I mean the homes that may need some paint or aren't as big as the others 🖌️

You can always add little touches yourself and even add an addition down the road 🛠️

Buying now at a lower price will secure you the opportunity for equity gains as the homes around you rise in value 📈
