Well it looks like we are back at it, hitting the ground running in 2023. Recently started a new marketing campaign that has kept us pretty busy in a good way. We have had a chance to look at some pretty unique properties and situations. I have looked at 800k pieces of dirt, and 25k houses(yes, that's possible if they are really, really rough). Looking very much towards the new projects coming in the next few months. We are still keeping our eyes open for all opportunities to answer questions, buy properties that fit needs, and even offering traditional Real Estate services.
