How do you hire me?

It's actually pretty simple.

Step 1:
Call me.

Step 2:
Tell me what's going on.

Step 3:
We'll discuss your situation, your options, and the best path forward.

Whether you've been arrested, charged with a crime, accused of a DWI, or believe you're under investigation, getting answers early is almost always better than waiting.

A lot of people spend days, weeks, or even months stressing about what might happen next.

The reality?

The sooner you understand your situation, the sooner you can start building a plan.

You don't have to navigate the criminal justice system alone.

If you need help, reach out.

I don't know who needs to hear this...

But the airport drop-off lane is not valet parking.

And driving into the airport definitely isn't a parking strategy. 😂

Sometimes the best legal analysis is simply:

"You can't park here."

If you've been drinking and get pulled over, the next few minutes matter more than most people realize.

The biggest mistake people make is trying to talk their way out of the situation.

They start explaining.

Making excuses.

Volunteering information that was never asked for.

Or arguing with the officer on the side of the road.

None of that usually helps.

Stay calm.

Be respectful.

Provide the documents you're legally required to provide.

Avoid sudden movements.

Listen carefully to instructions.

Most importantly, understand that every decision you make during that interaction can affect what happens next.

A traffic stop is not the place to argue your case.

It's not the place to explain why you only had a few drinks.

And it's definitely not the place to make emotional decisions.

The goal is simple:

Stay safe.

Stay respectful.

Protect yourself legally.

If you've been arrested or charged with DWI, speak with an experienced attorney as soon as possible.

One bad decision doesn't have to define the rest of your life.

Save this post. You never know when someone might need it.

Most traffic stops do not start dangerous.

They become dangerous when emotions take over.

One of the biggest misconceptions people have is that escalation starts when the lights come on.

It usually doesn't.

It starts when someone stops listening.

Fast movements.
Interrupting.
Arguing.
Sarcasm.
Defensiveness.

Small decisions can change the entire tone of an interaction in seconds.

Police officers are constantly reading behavior. Your tone, body language, reactions, and level of cooperation all communicate something.

That does not mean you give up your rights.

It means you stay calm enough to protect them.

You can disagree without escalating.

You can remain silent without being disrespectful.

You can protect yourself legally without turning a routine encounter into a bigger problem.

The goal during a traffic stop is not to "win."

The goal is to get home safely and protect yourself legally.

If you find yourself under pressure, remember this:

Emotion clouds judgment.
Pressure exposes it.

The people who stay composed under stress usually make better decisions.

Save this post. One conversation can change everything.

The moments after an accident are chaotic.

People panic.
They overshare.
They admit fault emotionally.
They forget to document the scene.

And unfortunately, those early decisions can affect insurance claims, liability, and even lawsuits later.

If you’re involved in an accident:

• Stay calm
• Call 911
• Document everything
• Be careful what you say
• Get witness information
• Seek medical attention if needed

A lot of people think accidents are “simple.”

They usually become complicated very fast.

Protect yourself legally from the very beginning.

Every guy has hit this moment at least once ☠️😂

You’re standing there mentally buffering while the conversation somehow turns into astrology, coworker drama, and someone’s toxic ex from 2017.

Meanwhile the boys are online:
• running ranked
• yelling callouts
• arguing over absolutely nothing
• somehow having the greatest time of their lives

Peace was one headset away.

An unconscious driver behind the wheel is one of the most dangerous situations you can encounter on the road.

No brakes.
No reaction time.
No control.

And instead of panicking or just driving past…

This couple used their truck to carefully guide the vehicle off the roadway and help stop what could’ve easily become a deadly crash.

That level of calm decision making under pressure is rare.

Situations like this also raise important legal questions afterward:

Who’s liable?
Could someone helping be sued?
What happens if another vehicle gets damaged during the rescue attempt?

Most people never think about those questions until something serious happens.

Sometimes the people who step in to help are the reason families make it home safely.

Most people think hiring a criminal defense attorney is some long complicated process.

It’s not.

The reality is the earlier a defense team gets involved, the more opportunities there are to protect your case.

Evidence changes fast.
Witnesses disappear.
People make emotional decisions under pressure.

If you’re proactive and prepared, legal strategy can begin almost immediately.

Waiting usually makes things harder.

Save this post for later. One day you or someone you know may need it.

If you or a loved one find yourself in trouble with the law or injured in an accident, give me a call.

Most people think the arrest is the worst part.
It’s not.

The biggest mistakes usually happen AFTER the cuffs go on.
Talking too much.

Trying to explain yourself.
Guessing under pressure.

Giving investigators information they didn’t even ask for.
This carousel breaks down what actually happens after an arrest in Texas:
• booking
• bond
• magistration
• processing
• the first critical decisions that can affect your case

The system moves fast.

The people who protect themselves best are the ones who understand the process before they’re inside it.
