The Commonwealth's Attorney's Office for the 18th Judicial Circuit is responsible for prosecuting felony offenses in Harrison, Nicholas, Pendleton, and Robertson Counties. It is also available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to law enforcement agencies in those four counties for legal advice and the drafting of warrants.

RONDALL BLAIN MCLEAN (A/K/A: BUGGY MCLEAN) was apprehended on 5/28/26 and is lodged in the Bourbon County Detention Center. Our office would like to thank all of the concerned citizens that provided information regarding McLean's whereabouts and all of the law enforcement officers involved in the search for and apprehension of McLean.

RONDALL BLAIN MCLEAN (A/K/A: BUGGY MCLEAN), of Carlisle, KY, has a warrant for his arrest on charges of Murder, Manslaughter in the First Degree, Enhanced Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Carfentanil or Fentanyl Derivatives) in the First Degree, and Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree. If apprehended outside of Kentucky, the Commonwealth agrees to extradite the Defendant back to Kentucky for prosecution. Please contact your local law enforcement by dialing 911 if you have any information as to the whereabouts of the above individual. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU TAKE ACTION ON YOUR OWN.

Lists for all 120 counties can found at https://justice.ky.gov/Boards-Commissions/pb/Pages/schedules.aspx. Please be aware that inmates may be added to or deleted from the monthly Parole Board docket up until the Board meets. Hearings can be observed by the public, in person or via videoconference. File Reviews cannot be observed. To observe a hearing via videoconference, please email [email protected]. To observe a hearing in person, please contact the institution in which the offender of interest is being held. Please note the institutions have specific policies and procedures regarding entering their facility that may prohibit your ability to attend in person.
