Your agent just offered you "free money." Ask them THIS before you say yes 👇

When your realtor starts talking rebates, credits, and free closing costs—STOP. Ask these 3 questions first:

❓ Question #1: "Is my lender even ALLOWING this?"
Most lenders cap credit amounts. Some loans don't allow them at all. You need to know BEFORE you commit.

❓ Question #2: "What gets cut when you're cutting your commission?"
If they're willing to slash their own paycheck, what else are they cutting? Marketing budget? Negotiation time? Your representation?

❓ Question #3: "Show me your ACTUAL track record."
List-to-sale price. Days on market. How often do you win in multiple-offer situations? Numbers don't lie.

Real talk: If your agent gets uncomfortable answering these questions... that's your answer.

Don't let "free money" be louder than performance.
