Client was in the rear of the Prius when his Uber Driver tried to beat the light. Good citizen in the car next to the Uber had a dash cam, your thoughts!

Dash cameras are worth their weight in gold, especially when your client is in the back seat of an Uber and the driver says he had the green light. Vehicle to left of Uber had dash cam.

Fraud Alert: Today at our office I (Ed) received a phone call soliciting a donation to the "Police Alliance". This is the second call this week from an alleged police group soliciting donations. A quick search finds numerouse commets that the calling organization is a fraud. Please if you want to donated do it directly to your local Police Association. Ours is Culver City https://www.culvercitypoa.com Also, call your local department and verify the soliciation before you donate, if you have any doubts. I know personally that the Culver City Police Officers association is legitimate and a well run organization.

Please drive defensively. A casual observation is that a lot of people are driving like there is no one else on the road. Drivers passing in excess of 90 mph on the freeway and running stale red lights at full speed. CHP units being passed on the freeway and little action being taken.
