If you are looking to buy, build or consider a refinance, now may be the time to research rates with your lender. See attached. We knew this proposal was coming, however it appears that Fannie/Freddie are calculating liquidity positions for feasibility of such. This is not a done deal, so rates could experience volatility based on outcome. Still worth a discussion if your in the market for a mortgage. Reach out to me if you’d like to chat.

Another great day to share some Fulton Forward by making another donation to our long term housing partners at Fauquier Habitat for Humanity. In 2024, we had the honor of presenting a $30,000 check to Fauquier Habitat for their new project in Warrenton that will make ownership an achievable dream for so many. Proud to be with a Company that truly cares about our communities!!

So Thankful to be part of an organization that truly does give back to our communities!!! Last night I was able to present this donation courtesy of Fulton Forward to Orange County Habitat for Humanity. This small group of volunteers has built 36 homes over the past several years to enrich the lives of local deserving families!! They are able to this with community support and volunteers. Both of which we could always use more of!! Our latest success is the completed build on Peliso Ave—- CO was issued yesterday! A beautiful family will be moving in this weekend!! If you would like help with their mission of helping families with the dream of home ownership, please reach out to any of us.
