Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney, located in Crossville, TN. The Attorney will be responsible for advising clients, conducting legal research, handling cases pertaining to estate planning, traffic citations, divorce and custody, evictions, general sessions small claims matters, Orders of Protection, and basic civil litigation. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing legal documents, representing clients in court or legal proceedings, and providing sound legal advice to safeguard client interests. Collaboration with team members is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Law and a strong foundation in necessary fields
Experience in providing Legal Advice and offering strategic guidance to clients
Strong Legal Research skills to analyze case laws, statutes, and legal precedents
Exceptional Negotiation skills for conflict resolution and agreement drafting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Licensed to practice law in Tennessee
Demonstrated commitment to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality
