So happy for our clients who sold their investment condo! A condo by a college can be a great investment over renting an apartment on or off campus. This area is perfect for that type of use because even the utilities are included in the condo fees so you know what your utilities and all expenses will be every month. If you see posts like this, "we don't care if you've had 100 evictions" that is a scam. These people take advantage of people who are already down on their luck and get them to pay deposits on homes that they will never be able to rent. If you see an address, Google it and you may find that it is already listed for sale or rent with a real estate professional. Ask the questions and do not ignore red flags. If you see something locally and have questions about it, call us at 410-320-0242 and we'll look it up for you and answer any questions. No legitimate owner is overseas and has to have your deposit before you even see the house. If the price is significantly lower than normal for the area, that is another red flag. 🚩 This Tik Tok is a total scam.
