Client charged in Middlesex County with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, and a criminal drug charge enters into a plea agreement whereby he plead guilty to careless driving and all other charges were dismissed!

Company charged in Union County facing careless driving, following too closely, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, and no insurance on motor vehicle. All charges dismissed!
