We are in the absolute thick of the spring / summer RE market. Days are {very} long honoring my clients & my family.
But, I truly love it all and I wake up each day ready with a smile.

What humbled me a bit this week -
A picture of a beautiful gift received from selling clients and a few words from another selling client that pretty much sum up my business model -

“Knowing how busy you are, I appreciate how quickly you responded whenever an answer was needed. I felt like I was your only client, even though I know that wasn’t the case.”

Happy 2026! Cheers to a fresh new year.

So proud to have been serving clients under Sullivan Kropp Law for 3 years! As we enter our 4th, the shifts of the residential real estate market are ever present. We try very hard to keep our ear to the ground about real realities both buyers and sellers are facing. It's just part of who we are and we plan to continue.

The biggest issues we saw throughout 2025 were Roofs, Homeowner's Insurance bound coverage ability and municipal inspection timeframes. I wonder what the biggies of 2026 will be?

It's an honor and pleasure to work with the professionals we do and to serve our clients. I am so energized for this new year both personally and professionally. Thanks for your trust, confidence and simply staying in touch.

My dearest Cranford -

This community is heartbroken. Absolutely HEART BROKEN.
Guttered. Inconsolable. Wrecked. Me included.... This steep loss is just too much to comprehend.

The loss of these two impactful vibrant girls who were too young, too bright, too full of anticipation of life to come on the threshold of their adult lives... it's Absolutely shattering.

From the depths of my heart + soul, my own little family is grieving too hovering so near to you. With deepest respect, please accept our condolences, love and true peace.

Happy weekend... despite the rain (again?!). And to all the men who care in our lives - Happy Father's Day!

In my 15 years, this June is just as strong & fast paced as ever. Maybe it's the last days of school & graduations, the better northeast weather or who knows, maybe I am just lucky to live and work in an area that is professionally rewarding.

It always seems that June is the height of volume for RE transactions. Long days, but truly fulfilling.
