Terra Realtors opened for business in 2013, it’s Broker of Record, Alex Mosquera began his real estate career in 2003 at the age of 19, while in college. Beginning as a sales agent, Alex became a highly respected & prominent producer in his county, he grew his business through hard work, honesty and a strong belief in family values. In over 13 years of practicing real estate, Alex, has worked with companies such as Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and Prudential. Alex, has also contributed to the Real Estate community by serving as a Director at North Central Jersey Assosiation of Realtors, the largest Board of Realtors in N.J., Chairman of Political Affairs at New Jersey Realtors, and Director at National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Today, Terra Realtors is proud to announce that it consists of more than 30 professionals who service 8 counties in North and Central New Jersey from Terra’s home base located at in Cranford. Terra prides itself in being an independent operation with a boutique style business offering a full array of services which range from traditional sales, mortgage debt settlement, to corporate asset management for the sale of bank owned properties.
