D.B. AND A.L. ON BEHALF OF S.B. v. MONTCLAIR TOWN BOARD OF EDUCATION

Congratulations to S.B. and family on their well-deserved success! Partner, Andrew Meltzer, and Associate, Hannah Argul, have once again secured their client a free and appropriate public education!

After finding that the Montclair School District failed to provide S.B., a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with FAPE, the Court ordered the District to place S.B. at an appropriate out-of-district school. The Court also ordered the District to pay all reasonable costs associated with the placement, including tuition, fees, and transportation.

Congratulations again to S.B. and his family on this important victory!
