Our office will be closed on Monday, October 12th, in observance of Columbus / Indigenous Peoples Day.

In this week’s Community Corner, we’re celebrating SVVAR member Sherry Sentgeorge and the connections she has helped build through Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW).

While serving as AZCREW president in 2008, Sherry introduced Laura Davis to the organization. Laura built relationships with fellow commercial real estate professionals, and this September, her peers recognized her as AZCREW’s 2026 Woman ICON at an event at the Phoenix Art Museum. Congratulations, Laura!

IMPORTANT PAYMENT POLICY UPDATE

Effective September 23, 2026, SVVAR is now a cash-free organization.

During its September 23 meeting, the SVVAR Board of Directors voted to adopt a no-cash payment policy. SVVAR will no longer accept cash for payments or transactions.

Members may continue to make payments using check, money order, or credit card.

This change helps strengthen financial controls and provides consistent, secure, and documented payment processing.
