Those of you who have been paying attention will recall that in May of this year Advocare announced that, after confidential talks with the FTC, its only viable choice going forward was the closure of the discontinuation of the MLM aspect of its business. Driven by a desire to help people improve their lives nutritionally and financially, Charles E. Ragus chose the name AdvoCare when he founded the company in 1993 to express his commitment to being an advocate who cares for others. Today, AdvoCare’s legacy is driven though our commitment to the uph...

CBD Oil sellers take note: Last week the FDA and the FTC issued 3 joint warning letters to CBD Oil sellers. Of course the companies that received the letters were were making outrageous claims, but there's great significance in the FDA & FTC teaming up on this. It's the first time they've ever issued joint warning letters!
