Today, the Judge ruled in our favor after we exposed flaws in the officer’s affidavit. The result? Warrant dismissed. Client free. 🙌⚖️

Preliminary hearings in Federal Court are some of the hardest battles to win. The government comes in with all its resources, all its agents, and all its power. But we have something stronger — the Constitution, and the rights of our clients.

Today, after a last-minute substitution of counsel, we walked into federal court ready to fight. We cross-examined the government’s witnesses, challenged their case evidence, and the judge ruled in our favor: NO Probable Cause.
(A preliminary hearing is the first check on the government’s case. Most people waive it. We fought it — and won!)
