October may not bring snow to South Texas, but the change in seasons can still change the way we drive.
Days are getting shorter, which means more commutes may happen around dusk or after dark. Add in fall rain, glare, and slick roads, and it’s a good time to be a little more aware behind the wheel.
Give yourself extra following distance, slow down when roads are wet, and make sure your headlights and windshield wipers are ready for the season.
A few small adjustments can go a long way toward making fall drives safer.
