What a long time coming!
Congradulations to my client Chris on the closing of her home. She sold her home after living there for 16 years. She is onto downsizing for retirement.
After 1 year, 2 attempts on the mls, multiple hurdles and consulting of many professionals, 2 offers, and much needed repairs to complete the deal, we did it!
