Looking for the perfect gift this holiday? Do your will. Your family will love you for it. Talk to your family and tell them your wishes.
I know, it sounds crazy. Nobody likes to talk about their own death, but it's not that crazy if you hang around probate courts.
People are meanest when they are fighting about money they did not earn. Don't think it won't happen in your family. It always does happen. Always.
It's a simple thing to do; to let your wishes be known to your family so those wishes are carried out.
