One of the defendants in a wrongful death lawsuit stemming from the implosion of an undersea submersible is seeking to move the case from state to federal court.

So, if an attorney has a client who was injured in an auto accident. And the person who was injured, the client, was not at fault in the accident, the car driver of the other car was at fault. Let us say the other driver hit the attorneys client by running a red light. But the client did not have a drivers license. Will the attorney be able to recover on behalf of his client, even though his client did not have a drivers license?

Some random thoughts on one small part of the tragic Robb Elementary shooting in Uvalde, Texas: the hellfire trigger device.

The hellfire trigger device was used to turn the AR-15 rifle into a machine gun in the city of Uvalde, Texas.

The ATF did not outlaw the device, which appears to have been used, according to the video and audio tape.

The manufacturers are sure to argue that the device was not illegal, as was the bumpsotck device. However, many companies are sued under products liability law, whether legal or not.

And, I do not believe this device is covered by the federal law that gives immnuity to the manuafcturers of fi****ms.

It is particularly important to conduct research on accident and injury cases. This is particularly imporant in a case against a party which is regulated, such as the trucking industry.

These laws, and statutes may be in in Texas Law, or even in the Code of Federal Regulations. You are looking for a violation of the laws which establish "negligence per se", that is negligence as a matter of law against the party you are suing. For example, was the truch driver driving over the number of hours he was permitted to drive in a 24 hour period, in accord with the Department of Trnasportation regulations? If the truck driver was driving over the leaglly acceptable number of hours, and if he fell asleep and caused an accident he may be "negligent per se" or negligent as a matter of law.

The case will; therefore, be much easier to prove at trial.

The cover-up of the tragedy in Uvalde continues, from the Uvalde Independent School District to the Alcohol To***co Fi****ms, including: I have no autopsy or toxicology reports of the shooter; I have no autopsies of the school children; no ballistic reports; no information about the back door locks, even the make and model; Nothing about the purchase of the fi****ms. . . . .

Hope to get together with Attorney Justin Williams tomorrow about finalizing our lawsuits.

This tragic single vehicle rollover accident may be a products defects case or products liability case: due to the high center of gravity of the vehicle; the danger in handling the vehicle in an emergency situation; the defective nature of the seatbelts in a rollover.

23-year-old Marco Antonio Tabasco from Harlingen was ejected from the car and died at the scene, officials said.
