Around here, being a Realtor means more than putting a sign in the yard.

The night before one of my clients closed on their home, they still had two vintage refrigerators and a heavy industrial file cabinet that needed to be removed. They were in a tough spot, so I was glad I could lend a hand and help get everything ready for closing day.

Every transaction is different. Sometimes it means mowing a lawn, w**d whacking a steep ditch, moving heavy furniture, or simply helping however I can to make the process a little less stressful.

Buying or selling a home comes with enough challenges. If I can make things a little easier for my clients, I’m happy to do it.
