When the opportunity arises to capture a once-in-a-lifetime event, you have to do it!

My three boys played "film crew" for me on an extremely hot day as we travelled to Hornell, Corning, Elmira, and Waverly. It was an exhausting day with lots of waiting around. But, they were fortunate enough to witness this historic event in person and they helped their Dad get some great footage. Enjoy!

As it does every year, the local real estate market is beginning to awaken from its short winter nap.

This house was originally built for a local judge and this was his study. I love the craftsmanship! I love that my career allows me to see all of these little hidden gems in and amongst the homes of our community.

This was a huge project. Essentially, a developer purchased the city block. So needless to say, there was a lot of footage to shoot and work through on this edit.

The historic Mark Twain Building was lovingly restored and converted into luxury apartments with a ton of amenities for the residents.

They then built a restaurant/arcade with future plans to add a pizza shop, ice cream parlor, and barbershop. They also lease space to several other restaurants and shops within the block.

The renovated area looks great and it's wonderful to see someone pour their time and energy into downtown Elmira.
