I’m not sure if many NC residents are aware of the proposed homeowners insurance rate increase. The average proposed rate increase is 42.2% starting in Aug if approved. Right now they have proposed a 25.1% increase for Cabarrus County.
We have 4 ways to communicate (the article below has the specific ways) how we feel about this BEFORE 2 February 2024. Please help share this do other NC residents are aware and let’s take a stand about how we feel about this drastic increase.
