BainBowen is proud to announce the addition of associate Tanner H. Whitaker to the firm.
Tanner is a native of Iuka and Tishomingo County. He attended Northeast Mississippi Community College before transferring to the University of Mississippi, where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Biology in 2018. He went on to graduate from the University of Mississippi School of Law with his Juris Doctor in 2024.
Upon becoming a member of the Mississippi Bar in 2024, Tanner began his career with Cobb and Associates in Iuka, his hometown, before joining BainBowen, PLLC. He maintains a general chancery and circuit court practice, with particular focus on domestic relations, custody, guardianship and conservatorship, probate, criminal defense, and civil litigation.
