He has taught or lectured on real estate related topics at schools including: University of Mississippi, Northwest Mississippi Community College, Mississippi College, University of Memphis, and the University of Tennessee-Martin and the University of Memphis. Ryan is also a certified instructor for the Mississippi Realtor Institute and has lectured on Real Estate law nationwide. Ryan has also taught New Homeowner Orientation classes at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis.
